Google will soon bring its Drive cloud storage product to Apple’s iOS platform and Google’s Chrome OS, the company announced today at its annual Google I/O conference.
The launch of Drive on the iPad and iPhone will join the even-bigger addition of Chrome browser on iOS, creating a much more competitive landscape for its cloud storage and browser services.
Clay Bavor, director of product management for Google Apps, showed off Google Drive on the iPad and it looked exactly as you might expect. It will help spread the Drive brand further.
