The Ubisoft Press Conference was full ofquestionable moments. It is a must see to believe event.

Child of Eden– Amazing? The future of Kinect looks like opera conductor waving at a mashup of a laser lightshow and a fireworks display. I’m not even a little interested.

Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood– It is 1503 and Ezio is going to Rome along with four other assassins to kill another archenemy. In the FMV people die for unknown reasons just falling down around Ezio as he closes in on a new victim.

Actual game play Ezio seems to lose his weapons and armor to a cannon ball in the beginning just after getting laid. Interesting angle to nerf the player in the beginning. The game play shows New Character models that look near realistic. There are many guns and cannons. Vincent Pointbraind explains that your character is going to fight more offensively in this game. Ubisoft announces multiplayer.

Hey everyone! The short buss just arrived. Looky at the games as they steadily get worse…

Shaun White Skateboarding– Your goal is to change a lame, grafitiless and treeless world by "reshaping" the world with your skateboard. This game that has no permanent skate park. You create all the rails and enviormental deformation by changing direction. You can't fall off your board. Really? Not quite sure but… What is the challenge if you can’t fall off?

*Battle Tag?*– In home Lasertag that loads information to your console? Barney Stinson will be very happy. BTW, models vs game creaters game broke out in the conference hall. No one looked dumb.

Innergy– WTF? Mork showed up to demo a breathing exercise game… by Creative Design. I am starting to suspect that this is an elaborate hoax.

Motion Sports– This has quite possibly the stupidest showing I have ever seen. This is the one where a bunch of idiots dress up and prance around in front of Kinect and make a mockery of what sports are like. Not funny, not cool just French.

Sanity restored…

Your Fittness Evolved– This is the EXACT same presentation that they showed during the Microsoft Conference. Tisk Tisk Tisk.

Raving Rabbids Travel in Time (Wii)– The game trailer shows a FMV of some of their hijinx. Looks pretty funny. I am not a Wii owner but this is something I will check out.

Ghost Recon Future Soldier– Graphical detail is absolutely stunning. It looks very similar in style to the newest Splinter Cell (makes sense both Ubisoft). The game can be played in 4 player co-op and in full 3d.

Driver: San Francisco- Super powers like “shifting” (spiritually jumping) into and taking over other vehicles so you can chase your nemesis. The game looks very fast. Apparently your powers grow as the game goes on.

Project Dust– Natives fighting against some form of the apocalypse. The world is falling in on itself. People can control the elements. Thanks for not explaining anything.

Rayman Origins– This will be a 2D sidescroller with a blazing and colorful animation showing the early days of Rayman with his best friend. So far this is the most attractive looking game of E3. It looks like aNew Super Mario Bros. Wii type co-op game.

Maniaplanet– A create and share your own game network.

Michael Jackson– This looks like a dance game being introduced by 6 dancers on-stage… This looks like a scene from Beat It however it looks more like Westside Story. Thanks for not explaining anything or showing any game play.

Strangely, Ubisoft had less "WTF?" moments than what I expected. What were your impressions?
