Barring any server-side meltdowns, or a robot uprising, the Dragon Age 2 demo should be available to download today. The Xbox 360 version is already up for grabs, and the PC and PS3 version hit sometime later.
In case you missed the first Dragon Age, I'll boil it down for you: applying the law of physics, and partial differential equations, the player had to figure out the age of over 30-unique dragons; of course, there were variations on those dragons, bringing the actual number closer to 75. In order to figure out one of the secret dragon's age, the player had to slice him in-half and count the rings, just like a tree.
Just kidding. It was just a plain old role-playing game.
Download the demo and decide if dragon-slaying is your thing.
