Today, Sega announced House of the Dead: Overkill Extended Cut for the PlayStation 3. Sporting PlayStation Move support and 3D, the PS3 version will include all 7 levels currently present in the Wii version, as well as 2 brand spanking new levels for the port.
“The House of the Dead: OVERKILL Extended Cut on Playstation 3 will send players to the shrieking mad heart of mutant mayhem. This time we went further, faster and bloodier than before. We extended everything, even the title.” – Said Gary Knight of SEGA.
For those unfamiliar with House of the Dead: Overkill, it is a B – Horror Movie tribute to zombie slaying, cursing expletives for no reason and all around gory kill kill kill fun! It will be making an appearance at this year’s E3 conference in Los Angeles, CA and will release October 28, 2011 in Europe, and October 25th, 2011 in the U.S. exclusively for Playstation Move and the Playstation 3.
Having skipped the Wii version, I'm looking forward to checking this out. Everyone knows, you can never have too many zombie games!
