Most of us have just recovered from a weekend of being thankful one day and joining a flash mob the next. Children can't wait until Christmas to see if they got that new Don't Break the Ice! set they've been eyeing or perhaps even…Call of Duty: Mordern Warfare 3. In the eyes of a publisher, though, it's time to start reminding the masses that games will be coming out in 2012.

Video Blips:

• Box Cat shows us that cars should be very, very, afraid of cats. I see it as a revenge simulator to get back at every car that's hit one of my cats. I love you, Silvestre!

Hit the break to relive the past in Total War: Shogun 2 – Fall of the Samurai, do bike stunts in Urban Trials, and hear some commentary on the development of Sonic Generations.

• Total War: Shogun 2 – Fall of the Samurai tells the tale of how even mighty warriors can't beat science. The trailer for this game might as well have been the final battle from The Last Samurai.

• Urban Trials shows us a world of motorcycles where we can "Chase it," "Push i,t, "Feel it," and "Nail it." All Bop-it! jokes aside, this is what I can gather from the trailer: There will be bikes and people smashing cameras (because that's what rebels do!)

• If you were humbly sitting at home watching TV the day after Thanksgiving, then you probably saw the Sonic float at the front of the Macy's Day Parade. Sega has additionally released "Part 4" of the Sonic documentary. This segment contains brief interviews with the team behind Sonic Generations.
