I don’t usually like to post videos, but the Battlefield 3 promotions are turning more realistic than ever before. It all started when Freddie Wong first filmed a startling joke video of how Battlefield 4 might look in 2017.

The video first appeared on a reality TV show known as “The Controller.” EA was so impressed that they decided to hire Freddie. In case you’re wondering, this film director is the mastermind behind the videos of real-life Mario Kart and first-person Mario.

With a bigger production budget, Freddie shot a Battlefield 3 commercial in only a week. Although the video is short for his standards, it provided a glimpse of how the game could play out in live action.

This wasn’t enough for Freddie, so he decided to shoot a humorous depiction of a Rush match in real life. Titled “Battlefield 4: Co-op,” the video demonstrates how goofy the entire military first-person shooter concept really is. I never thought that two men could raid an entire terrorist camp to destroy an M-COM station. Only Freddie and his buddy Brandon Laatsch can do it, because they’re both badasses.

What could this mean for the new installments of the Battlefield franchise? Is Freddie just messing with our heads, or is this the new potential vision for EA and DICE? Feel free to post any comments and concerns below.
