You might have heard of social network service Raptr before. It's a quick and painless way to inform your Facebook friends or Twitter followers what games you're playing and when. But Raptr has just launched an overhaul of their site that makes it more than a play-tracker — it's also a new way to submit and vote on your favorite news stories of the day, organized by what you've been playing recently.
We think it's a cool concept, and we're always looking for more ways to share our articles (and yours!) with a wider audience. But we need a little help from you, our community. So we're giving away three prizes from our secret stash to encourage you to join in. Here's all you need to do….
1. Sign up for a Raptr account. It shouldn't take more than a minute, and registration is free.
2. Head to the Bitmob topic page on Raptr and follow us. Here, you'll see all the Bitmob-related articles that Raptr users have submitted links to. By following us, you'll be sure to see all our stories, and you can help us vote them up.
3. Come back to this article and post your Raptr username as a comment. This will give Bitmob community members another way to connect. In fact, it might spark some cool collaborative articles or multiplayer matches if you find out you've been playing the same game as another Bitmobber. You can see my profile page, Shoe's, and Demian's already — we'll get the rest of the staff on there, too. (And who knows…maybe you'll catch Shoe playing something embarrassing for achievment points.)
