Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed

Now this is more like it. This is more like the Decembers of the past where we have nothing that’s even worth turning your heads at the video game aisle. So thanks for stopping by to see what’s coming out. I now free you from this obligation and assure you that nothing worth your time is coming out. Unless you desperately need something to play on your Vita, and really who isn’t.

Remember. Release dates are quite literally made at the whims of the publisher. The following are subject to change without any warning.

Coming This Week

We Sing Pop (Wii)

Another week another karaoke game. So what’s so special about this one? What’s that? Four singers at the same time? Where do I sign up?

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (Vita)

(Xbxo 360, PS3, and Wii U versions came out back in 11/18/2012)

“Anything Mario can do I can do better,” says Sonic as he handicaps himself by jumping into a car. At least that’s what I’d like to think Sonic would sing to himself before every race in this kart racing game, a.k.a. Sega’s love letter to its fans. Transformed comes with over 20 characters ranging from more Sonic characters all the way to Joe Musashi of Shinobi fame. It even has Vyse from Skies of Arcadia for you Skies fans out there. Unlike Mario though, the karts transform based on what terrain they’re going through like a boat on water or a plane in the air. So if you still feel that Sega does what Nintendon’t, perhaps Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is for you!
