Ed-tech service Admittedly, which helps high school students find (and maybe even get into) their dream college, today announced a $1.2 million seed round.

The startup first launched publicly in January and currently counts 54,000 students as monthly active users. The company’s user base is “growing by about 80% month over month,” according to Admittedly chief executive Jess Brondo. And although that 54,000 stat is small, Brondo considers this figure strong and says “there’s only 2 million college-bound high school students.”

RRE Ventures and Quotidian Ventures both participated in the round.
