D.light, a designer and manufacturer of solar-powered lights, has raised a $11 million Series C round led by DFJ, Omidyar Network and Nexus India Capital. Targeting developing markets and areas without access to reliable electricity, D.light has so far sold 6 million solar lights.
In total, D.light has raised $40 million.
