Paris-based startup Sublime Skinz announced today that it raised $5 million from French Web entrepreneurs’ fund ISAI.
The company said it offers “a game-changing experience for brands and uses” by using websites’ background as advertising space. Instead of annoying banners and pop-up videos, the platform sets up a “non-intrusive” wallpaper with the ad.
Funds from this round will go toward international expansion and a New York office opening later this year.
