Update 7/23: The ESO deals at GMG are now dead. That said for the next few hours GamesPlanet has them in their summer sale. See below for the new pricing (note: Games Planet shows British Pounds, but on your CC statement it should show a converted currency price).

That’s only $12 for the base Edition or $22 for the Imperial version.
We covered this deal about ten days ago, but thankfully for those who missed and regretted missing, there’s redemption. Starting today, gamers interested in ESO will have a second shot at buying the PC game at its historic lowest price at digital retailer GMG until 7/23 Thursday morning.
During the “encore sale” of its Summer promotion, GMG renews all discounts applied to game titles earlier in the sale. If this is anything like last time, popular titles like ESO will sell out quickly. Check out the following links to all the Elder Scrolls-related deals for a head start:

According to a GMG rep, popular titles from the Summer Sale beyond Elder Scrolls include Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Fallout titles, Metro Redux, and surprisingly, H1Z1.
Note: The prices listed above are in USD, but the deals are also available in GBP and EUR. For ESO, the discount will be to £9.99 in the UK and to €10.99 in the EU after applying the aforementioned coupon.
Update: The sale appears to be fairly popular, as GMG’s server looks to be taking a heavy hit. They’ve also imposed a limit of one copy of ESO per customer, so if you try adding additional copies to cart, you’ll receive an error message.
