Nathan Drake could soon meet his doom in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End

LOS ANGELES — Is it “one last time” for Nathan Drake?

Sony showed off the anticipated Uncharted 4 during its Electronic Entertainment Expo press conference today with an in-game presentation of one of its most important franchises. The video showed (or at least vocalized) returning characters, hero Nathan Drake and his mentor, Sully. The trailer was short, but it showed off some impressive visuals set in a dense jungle.

The line “one last time” repeated during the short video. Coupled with the subtitle, A Thief’s End, developer Naughty Dog seems to ominously be teasing that this could be the end for gaming’s greatest treasure hunter.

We don’t have an exact release date, but we know it’s coming in 2015 for the PlayStation 4.
