It’s really terrible that children get sick. I’m not talking colds or runny noses, I mean children diagnosed with cancer and other serious or debilitating afflictions. What’s worse is when families trying to do the best thing for their kids can’t afford lengthy hospital stays and risky, yet life-saving surgeries.
That’s where the Children’s Miracle Network and Extra Life can help. Every year, gamers come together to do a 24 hour (this year 25 hour) gaming marathon to raise money for their local Children’s Miracle Network hospital. All the money raised by each team goes directly to the hospital they’re playing for, and that money goes to help sick kids in need. The marathon starts November 2 at 8 a.m.

Both groups will undertake the 25 hour gaming marathon for their local Children’s Miracle Network hospitals, and you should check them out.
The GamesBeat team is actually all over the USA, so you can find more details about their live streams through their donation pages. I will update this page with video feeds as they go live.
The Warp Zone Nerds are in Fayetteville, AR and will have a single live stream going on through their Extra Life page.
