Glu Mobile's Deer Hunter 2014: 40M downloads, 9.8B animals killed

It’s a funny thing to celebrate during a season of good cheer, but Glu Mobile said today that 9,830,162,858 animals have been killed in Deer Hunter 2014.

Those are virtual animals, of course. Glu is really celebrating the fact that Deer Hunter 2014 has been successful, with more than 40 million downloads on mobile platforms. Hunters have fired more than 30 billion shots and killed the aforesaid number of animals. The top animal killed: the deer, coming in at 1,621,558,834. Sheep were close behind at 1,423,856,527. About 13,000 years have been collectively spent playing the game.
