Grand Theft Auto V developer Rockstar Games finally launched co-op heists for the online portion of its open-world crime game. With it, it also dropped a bunch of new items that players can collect for their virtual characters.

Players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 can get the Heists downloadable content right now. The update is roughly 1GB on the older consoles and nearly 5GB on the newer systems. That size doesn’t just include the new heists mode — it also comes with a number of new vehicles, clothing, and other items. This adds even more content to the bustling GTA: Online, which is a persistent world where players must perform tasks to buy in-game goods to show off to other gamers. Rockstar also generates extra revenue from this mode by selling virtual currency that players can use to buy in-game items and property — this was a significant driver in publisher Take-Two’s most recent earnings report. Publisher Take-Two Interactive confirmed that this makes them a lot of money and adding new content — like heists — will help ensure that revenue keeps coming in.

Of course, in addition to the new ways of getting around and dressing up, the Heists DLC will introduce a new way for players to enjoy the game. These robberies and raids will give teams of four the chance to take down banks and other lucrative targets. Rockstar has set up this mode so that it will require team work and give players the intense experience of setting up and executing heists from the campaign.
