Here’s a handsome boy (Jon Snow actor Kit Harington) in a face scanner for Call of Duty

It’s sad to think that one day Game of Thrones actor Kit Harington, who plays Jon Snow on the HBO fantasy epic, will grow old and gray. But thankfully, game publisher Activision is scanning his face right now to preserve it forever in an upcoming game.

Activision released new pictures of developer Infinity Ward capturing the performance and scanning the face of Harington for use in the sci-fi military shooter Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, which is due out November on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Call of Duty series is regularly one of the top sellers in the console and PC sectors of the $99.6 billion gaming market, and it is hoping to get a bit of extra shine for 2016’s outing by teaming with the star of one of television’s biggest current shows.
