You haven’t played Batman: Arkham Knight yet, but that’s only because you are not part of the Illuminati famous and beautiful.
Publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has just released a new promotional video for its upcoming Batman game, which comes out June 23. It has celebrities like rapper Wiz Khalifa, comedian (and gaming podcast host) Kumail Nanjiani, and that guy who plays Franklin or Bash on TNT’s Franklin & Bash.
Here check it out:
Warner Bros. seems to know that it’s got gamers in the bag already with the new Batman game. Arkham Knight is one of the most anticipated upcoming releases for the rest of 2015, and the previous entries in this series have all sold well. But now, by enlisting the help of Friday Night Lights‘ Minka Kelly, maybe Warner can also reach a more casual audience that loves Batman but does not follow the industry as closely as some of us.
Saturday Night Live cast member Taran Killam directed the short, which basically just pretends like the Gotham PD has arrested all these famous people since to ask them about the new game.
Yeah, I don’t know.
