Any journey worth taking once is worth a second trip.

Sony announced today that the artistic PlayStation 3 game Journey is coming to PlayStation 4 on July 21. The download will be free to anyone who already bought the PlayStation 3 version.

Journey originally came out in 2012 and received praise from critics and players for its gorgeous art and organic storytelling. It was the third game from developer Thatgamecompany, which also created digital works Flow and Flower for the PS3. Sony also brought those over to the PlayStation 4.

Journey allows for organic multiplayer, where you’ll randomly begin playing with a second character who joins you in your … well, journey. Unlike most online games, Journey intentionally excludes voice support, so players have to learn other ways of communicating.
