Last chance to grab free game with Xbox One before Christmas

This sponsored post is produced by Dealzon.

As part of the Microsoft Store’s “12 Days of Deals” promotion, for today only they’ve brought back their Black Friday Xbox One bundle with free game promotion.

Basically this offer gets you a free game ($59.99 value) with the Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity Bundle, which already includes Assassin’s Creed UnityAssassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, and a $50 price break off the usual $399. The same free game options are also available with the Xbox One + Kinect bundle for $450 and a refurbished Xbox One + Kinect for $400.

Note: Act fast. These offers are only valid for December 10th, 2014.

While this is almost identical to the Black Friday offer, two things are slightly different. For starters, the bundle was $329 on Black Friday – $20 cheaper than today – but that bundle also sold out within hours of going live. On top of that, the Microsoft Store only offered around a dozen game choices on Black Friday, whereas today there’s a much larger selection of free game choices.

At the time of writing, there are 22 additional free games to choose from. Perhaps most notably, there are several recent 2014 releases to pick from, including:

  • Dragon Age: Inquisition
  • Grand Theft Auto V
  • Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
  • Halo: The Master Chief Collection
  • The Crew
  • Sunset Overdrive

The next time the Microsoft Store will have an offer like this will likely be the day after Christmas. It’s probably fine to check back then if you miss this, but if you are going to buy an Xbox One, you should do so before January 3rd. That’s when the price will go from $350 back up to $400 for a basic console.

In terms of shipping time frame, all the Xbox One bundles listed above should arrive in time for Xmas, with the exception being the $449 bundle which has a shipping notification of within 1 week. The offers are also available in store, if you have a Microsoft Location near you.
