Konami didn’t heed that advice. The publisher has tried to suppress a video that hypothesizes and investigates the state of its business on YouTube. Called “Kojima vs. Konami: An Investigation,” the 8-minute clip goes over some evidence that suggests the publisher is letting its relationship with Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima disintegrate. But the video disappeared from YouTube for a few days after Konami filed a copyright notice claiming the video was using its intellectual property. Well, YouTube has ruled against Konami and republished Kojima vs. Konami.
