Mass Effect 2 isn’t the newest installment in developer BioWare’s sci-fi series, but I still think that Commander Shepard’s second quest to save the galaxy was his best. That largely has to do with the game’s strong focus on characters, with each of the numerous crewmates receiving personalized stories and missions.
