Sony gave us our first good look at BioWare’s Mass Effect Andromeda, the next entry in the sci-fi role-playing game series, during its PlayStation 4 Pro reveal event in New York City. It was running on Sony’s new, 4K-enabled version of its console, the PlayStation 4 Pro.
The demo showed a human character wandering a complex that looked like something you’d see from the Borg in Star Trek. It also showed an Asari character, one of the alien races from the original Mass Effect trilogy. The demo also displayed some pretty particle and lighting effects.
