Nintendo has released a new trailer for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The remakes of the Game Boy Advance installments of the insanely popular monster-catching, training, and battling franchise come out on Nov. 21 for the Nintendo 3DS portable.
This new video gives us our longest and best look yet at Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. It shows off plenty of Pokémon battles and highlights returning features like the secret bases — private areas that players can decorate.

Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire give the 2003 entries of the Pokémon franchise a graphical boost that makes the old games look more like the newest releases in the series, last year’s X and Y (also for the 3DS). Nintendo started updating older Pokémon titles in 2004 with FireRed and LeafGreen for the Game Boy Advance, which remastered the original Red and Green releases that came out on the Game Boy.
Pokémon is a huge business for Nintendo. X and Y sold more than 12 million copies on the 3DS. While it’s unlikely that the Ruby and Sapphire remakes will match that number, they’re still practically guaranteed to move a lot of units.
