Nintendo revealed an update to its classic puzzle title Dr. Mario that stars Luigi. Not surprisingly, it is titled Dr. Luigi.

Instead of throwing in one pill at a time, it forces you to throw in two connected pills at a time that form an “L.”
Dr. Luigi due out for the Wii U on Dec. 31 and features a handful of new modes and updated visuals.
