The puzzle game still has players trying to wipe out viruses by throwing in colored medicine, but the mechanics feature an L-shaped twist. Instead of throwing in one pill at a time, it forces you to throw in two connected pills at a time that form an “L.”

Dr. Luigi due out for the Wii U on Dec. 31 and features a handful of new modes and updated visuals.
