The Miiverse just ate a Mario mushroom.
Nintendo’s social network for Wii U and 3DS received a redesign today. Not only does it update the look of Miiverse, but it also adds new features. These include a screenshot album, a play journal (which lets you pause your game to write journal entries about it while saving a screenshot from that moment), and a new area to showcase Miiverse artwork from the community.

The Wii has struggled since its release in 2012, and has only managed to sell 10 million systems worldwide. Nintendo is working on a new console, the NX, which it will reveal next year.
