Sony will perform maintenance on its PlayStation Network that will bring down the service for a handful of hours tomorrow.

PSN will go offline from 9:15 a.m until 3:15 p.m. Pacific time. That is a six-hour period. During this service disruption, you won’t have access to the PlayStation Store, the PlayStation Home community, and your account-management settings.

This doesn’t mean gamers won’t have access to online multiplayer. Anyone that has signed into the PlayStation Network over the past few days shouldn’t have any issues connecting to online games.

This is standard maintenance and is part of Sony’s standard scheduled service, according to the publisher. For more information, check the PlayStation forums.
