Update at Noon on Wednesday, July 29: PlayStation Network is working for a lot more people today, and the PSN status page claims everything is running as normal. But many people are still reporting issues with the service.

On social media sites like Twitter, dozens of people have noted that they cannot fully access their games or other content through PSN.
We’ve asked Sony for an update, and we’ll update this post with any new information. But at this time, the PSN status website has not added any news about what is happening.
This is just the most recent outage for one of the two big online gaming networks for consoles. PlayStation Network alone has had five major outages this month if you include this one. Xbox Live meanwhile, has gone down three times, and that includes a lengthy outage from late last week that caused troubles for more than a day.
