The mysterious eclipse engulfing the next Pokémon games will soon clear.

We don’t know much about Pokémon’s upcoming entries, Sun and Moon, but we’re finally getting some info on Tuesday, May 10 at 5 a.m. Pacific. This is according to a Japanese blog from Pokémon director Junichi Masuda, via IGN. At this point, pretty much any info (which can include reveals of new Pokémon) would be exciting for fans of the franchise, which makes $1.5 billion a year thanks to games, anime, cards, and merchandise.

Of course, May 10 is a day that many gamer’s already have on their calendars, since it’s when Sony releases the PlayStation 4’s biggest exclusive yet, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. The timing could have some think that this was a deliberate move by Nintendo to steal some of Nathan Drake’s thunder.

However, Nintendo usually works in a bubble, rarely addressing its competition. Recently, the company has made most of its announcements outside of industry events, preferring to release details on its own (often through a series of streams called Nintendo Directs). The company isn’t even going to have much of a presence at E3 this year in June, outside of showing off the upcoming Zelda’s Wii U version.

If Zelda is Nintendo’s only game at E3, that means that Pokémon Sun and Moon won’t be at the show. So, if Nintendo wants to start showing the games off, it doesn’t need to wait for the Los Angeles event.
