If you witnessed civilization’s end, how would you do it? If you answered "reclining robot suit," you’ve got something in common with the time-worn survivor of Reset, an upcoming first-person puzzle game developed by the two-man Finnish indie studio Theory Interactive. Set to a piano’s haunting tone, the game’s debut trailer — crafted entirely from Reset’s graphics engine — introduces a post-apocalyptic city ruin slowly being reclaimed by nature. A solitary mech walker endures the decades before zapping its pilot’s heart back to life, presumably when reaching the "puzzle time" mark on its internal schedule. Reset doesn’t have a release date yet, but as the trailer’s impressive composition reveals, it’s definitely one to keep an eye on.
