Respawn drops some new Titanfall footage in behind-the-scenes video

Some new footage of Respawn's Titanfall shows more of the man-versus-machine combat.

Respawn Entertainment

Developer Respawn Entertainment is having a pretty decent couple of weeks. The studio responsible for the upcoming Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC first-person shooter Titanfall wowed the industry with the game’s new ideas and action-packed mechanics.

Now that the game is public, Respawn is showing off Titanfall in detail. The studio just released a behind-the-scenes video that has the creators talking about building the experiences.

It has a lot of the same footage we saw during the Electronic Entertainment Expo this month, but the video also shows some new moments as well:

The multiplayer-only Titanfall combines on-foot combat against giant robots in what seems like an unfair fight, but Respawn is working on balancing the title so that humans can take down the mechs in many circumstances.

Titanfall is due out this fall.
