SimCity server errors inspire a wave of memes (gallery)
On March 5, Electronic Arts released SimCity, but things aren’t going so well. A series of server-related errors continue to plague the city-building title. Gamers struggle for hours to access it. Those that do are reporting that EA’s Origin servers often disconnect and then delete hours of progress.
It’s a real mess.
Gamers aren’t know for their patience, so they took to Reddit’s SimCity subforum to complain and joke in meme form. We’ve collected the best ones for you below:
EA should have added a bit of a caveat to SimCity’s tagline — just to ensure accuracy.
