Call of Duty: Advance Warfare continues to suffer from launch issues.
Microsoft confirmed that players are having problems accessing digital content that they’ve purchased. The Atlas Digital Content pack is a bonus add-on that players can either buy from Xbox Live or get with the premium versions of Advanced Warfare. If you are running into problems with using these, Microsoft updated its Xbox Live status website to inform you that the publisher is working on a fix.

We’ve got you covered,” reads Microsoft’s statement. “We won’t stop working until this issue is resolved. Thanks for hanging in there while we work.”
Microsoft’s engineers are promising an update on this issue within a half hour.
This is the second problem that Xbox Live has had today. The service was down intermittently earlier this morning, and it was preventing players from logging in.
On top of Xbox Live’s specific issues, players have had difficulty installing Advanced Warfare on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The digital version is getting stuck during the install process on Microsoft’s console, and some players that preloaded the shooter on Sony’s system had to completely redownload and reinstall the whole game.
We’ll stay on top of these issues, and we’ll update with any additional problems.
