Sega’s next Sonic game pays homage to another one of the publisher’s classic franchises.
Sega and Nintendo revealed earlier today that the special edition of Sonic: Lost World — called Sonic: Lost World — Deadly Six Edition — features levels based on the Sega Saturn title Nights Into Dreams. Sega released Nights Into Dreams in 1996 for its Saturn console. It follows the story of two children who enter a dream world where they meet a flying jester known as Nights. It featured 3D graphics and mixture of three-dimensional and side-scrolling gameplay.
