The wild hunt begins next year.
Developer CD Projekt Red confirmed today that it will release the The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt role-playing game on Feb. 24. This will make it one of the first major releases of 2015. The studio also noted the game will debut simultaneously on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Those who preorder the box will get an art book, a statue of the hero, Geralt, swinging his sword at a monster, and more.
The Witcher is a fantasy role-playing game that has players taking the role of a white-haired wizard-warrior. CD Projekt Red first debuted the franchise for PC in 2007. The company followed up with a sequel, Assassins of Kings, in 2011. While The Witcher is well regarded by fans for its action gameplay and mature storyline, the franchise is also known for as one gaming’s best-looking properties. CD Projekt Red hopes to continue that with Wild Hunt.
CD Projekt Red is one of Poland’s biggest game companies. Earlier this week, President Barack Obama even mentioned The Witcher games as a great example of Poland’s growing tech-based economy.
