The Polish developer responsible for The Witcher is expanding with a new studio.

CD Projekt Red announced today that it’s opening offices in Krakow, Poland. The studio will assist CD Projekt Red in developing The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077.

“A new studio, new people, and new energy — we’re growing, and we’re extremely excited that we can tap into the potential that Krakow has to offer,” CD Projekt Red head Adam Badowski said in a statement. “We want to continue to make better and better role-playing games and the new studio is another big step in that direction. Krakow, one of the cultural and scientific centers of Europe, is a really special place that will leave a significant mark on our games.”

CD Projekt Red’s core studio is in Warsaw. The company specializes in RPGs and is known for pushing PC hardware to the limit with outstanding visuals.

The developer is also looking to fill its ranks with new hires in Krakow. The company also posted a request for applications on its blog. The studio is looking for a UI programmer for Cyberpunk 2077 and a gameplay programmer for The Witcher 3.
