Video Blips: Dear Esther, Jazz: Trump’s Journey, and more

I can't remember the last time I felt that a game's music moved me. That really makes me appreciate the fantastic soundtrack for Dear Esther.

  • You really only need to know two things about Dear Esther. First, it has a sense of mystery and discovery unlike anything I've seen before it. Second, the music for it sounds beautiful.

Continue past the break to see footage of Jazz: Trumps' Journey and a teaser trailer for Microsoft's Deadlight.

  • Speaking of music, here's a little-known anecdote about me: Whenever I stole an exotic car in Grand Theft Auto 4, I changed the radio station to jazz. That habit alone is the reason I want to check out Jazz: Trump's Journey on my iPad.

  • Want to release a teaser trailer for a game but not include any gameplay? That's cool; all you have to do is have a guy give a short monologue on killing people. Also: Microsoft should have just gotten Liam Neeson to do this. It would easily be ten times cooler.
