The tanks are coming to Android.

Wargaming.net is partnering with digital performance advertising platform Dmg to launch a campaign for World of Tanks: Blitz’s Android release. Blitz is a mobile version of the popular multiplayer online game, World of Tanks. It released on iOS platforms in May and has received about half a million installs, according to a press release from Wargaming. Dmg also worked on the campaign for the iOS release. It’s another sign of the importance of getting your game out on mobile —  a market that could hit $25 billion in worldwide revenues by the end 2014, according to market researcher Newzoo.

The campaign will launch in the U.S., Canada, and Australia and later expand to Latin America and the Middle East.

“We are very excited to continue our very successful relationship with Wargaming,” Eliav Moshe, Dmg’s vice president of mobile noted in the press release. “Mobile gaming is incredibly popular and competitive, therefore a comprehensive app marketing campaign is essential to cut through the noise. We are confident that our advertising platform will keep providing Wargaming with the edge it needs to make World of Tanks blitz as much of a success on Android as it is on iOS.”

The self-funded Dmg was founded in 2007 and has worked on more than 5,000 campaigns.
