The hacking of digital Chicago will begin in spring or early summer.

French publisher Ubisoft has revealed the launch window for its upcoming open-world action game Watch Dogs, which is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Wii U. In its latest financial report, Ubisoft chief executive Yves Guillemot told investors that the title is due out during the company’s first fiscal quarter. That means Watch Dogs should debut sometime between the start of April and the end of June.

“[Our] fiscal 2014-15 will see an exceptional games lineup, with the release of five major titles, including Just Dance, The Crew, and Watch Dogs, which is scheduled for release in the first fiscal quarter,” said Guillemot. “Our lineup is also expected to reap the benefits of the return to growth in the console market and the increasingly significant impact of digital gaming.”

Watch Dogs puts players in the role of Aiden Pearce, a hacker who can control the city of Chicago using his smartphone. This enable gamers to manipulate the city to help them avoid and capture enemies. Ubisoft originally scheduled Watch Dog’s release for Nov. 19 to coincide with the launch of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, but in October, the publisher revealed it was delaying the highly anticipated game.
