A speedrunner, if you’re wondering, is someone who tries to play a game from its beginning until its end as fast as humanly possible — and that often means exploiting bugs and other tricks. Darbian, who you can watch regularly on his Twitch channel, just beat the classic Nintendo Entertainment System platformer in under 4 minutes, 48 seconds earlier this week. He improved on the previous best by nearly half a second.
