We’re on the cusp of one of the biggest weeks of the year for gaming, and we need to spend some time with one game that could surprise people.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is the latest entry in the long-running franchise, and it is only on Xbox One and Xbox 360 this holiday. Sure, it’s coming to PC early next year and PlayStation 4 at some point in the future, but it’s definitely one of the releases that Microsoft is positioning as a triple-A blockbuster for Xbox One. We’ll have a review soon, but let’s take a first look and see if this is really a big deal.
