You might run into issues playing games on Xbox One and Xbox 360 this evening.

Xbox Live is down once again, according to a number of complaints from gamers on social media. Dozens of players on Twitter are claiming that they cannot sign into Xbox Live. This is preventing them from playing online multiplayer games like Titanfall, Destiny, and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, but it is also causing troubles for certain games that are primarily single-player but rely on a connection to a third-party server.

Microsoft has updated its Xbox Live service site to confirm the outage.

“Are you experiencing difficulties when you try to sign in to Xbox Live? We’re on it,” reads Microsoft’s status page. “Our team is already working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.”

This is just the most recent downtime for Microsoft’s gaming service. Xbox Live had a rough July, as it went down more than three times over the course of that month. At the same time, PlayStation Network didn’t fare any better as it went down at least four times.

As always, keep in mind that these outages never affect everyone equally. If you’re online still, don’t sign off. Most of the trouble seems to come for people trying to boot their system up to get on Xbox Live for the first time today. Additionally, the Xbox 360 is having more troubles than Xbox One.
