When Microsoft first introduced its next-gen Xbox One console in May, it made a big deal out of its non-gaming features … like its integration with the National Football League.

Today, to mark the start of the NFL’s regular season, Microsoft released a new promotional video that demonstrates how it expects users will incorporate Xbox One into their football-watching routine. Check it out below:

The video shows how fans can control the console with their voice to bring up their favorite team. Other features include Skyping with friends while the game plays in picture-in-picture mode, built-in fantasy-football tracking, and personalized highlights of the Xbox One owner’s favorite teams. We went in depth with these features earlier this week and you can read all about it here.

Xbox One features an HDMI-in port so that consumers can plug their cable or satellite boxes into the console. This enables Microsoft to overlay its own interface on top of the TV broadcasts, and enables viewers to user their voices to control changing channels and other features.
