How can I help?
You already are. By reading this (and hopefully telling everyone you know) you're joining one of the biggest ACS fundraisers in the gaming community.
We’ll be keeping track of monetary donators through Chip-In so we can thank them personally and include them on a list of gracious people that are helping us and the ACS, please visit Gaming World Wide's Chip-in at: http://gamingworldwidechipin.chipin.com/the-great-american-cancer-society-event and feel free to add the widget everywhere.
To bid on awesome items for the benefit of the ACS, head over to the event's indiegogo site at:
http://www.indiegogo.com/GwwACS
Even if you can't donate items or money, you can still make a huge difference by donating a little of your time and spreading the word over your social network of choice (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, your mom's Pinterest account), talking it up on your podcast, pumping it up over a live stream (Twitch.tv, Ustream), posting the chip-in widget everywhere and just basically telling anyone and everyone about what we're doing. Or even join in as streaming entertainment; we’ve got a schedule just like T.V. Guide and if you’re willing to stream yourself, your gameplay, or both, as entertainment (and keep it clean for charity) we can hopefully fill a slot.
You can also help by donating Entertainment/Gaming related items that can be auctioned off to benefit the ACS, for help doing so, please contact Gaming World Wide’s Event Coordinator Josh Jones atDFOVon@hotmail.com

Remind me: How does my money and/or support help?
We've all been touched by cancer at some point in our lives; whether it's been a personal struggle, or supporting a friend, family, co-worker, or acquaintance. In short: Cancer knows no rules and no bounds. With your donation, you'll be helping ACS raise awareness for breast cancer prevention through early detection and healthy living, and giving ACS the power to invest in ongoing research that will help find, prevent, treat, and cure this global disease.
Want more reasons? With your help, ACS can continue providing free information and services to help people facing breast cancer today, when and where they need it most. This includes transportation, lodging, wigs, support programs, financial assistance, and tons more. You'll also be helping ACS fight to ensure access to mammograms for women who need them, and encourage lawmakers to pass laws that will cut through the red tape and help defeat breast cancer once and for all.
The Goal: Is simple. Unite as many people in as many fields of entertainment as possible for the benefit of the American Cancer Society. If we all come together, the sky is the limit.
Thanks!
