The Amazing Spiderman

The Amazing Spiderman

Going back on the first trailer of the Amazing Spiderman I wasn't very impressed, thinking all the pretty images were simple camera tricks. But now I am capered by the newest trailer and ready to procure it now. Nothing expounded was announced about the The Amazing Spiderman's combat system but from the tid bits I have seen from the trailer it looks like Beenox is tearing out a page out of Rocksteay's book, taking there combat system and giving it a spiders feel.

From the looks of The Amazing Spiderman's past trailers web slinging is going to have much more of a leisure feel than Beenox's usual spidy-verse, which gets me to the fact of Beenox's version of a open-world game. I hope Beenox captures Spiderman 2 vision, or go the Infamous route, it's the only way I see it happening.

So far I'm ensconced with the images i have seen in the Amazing Spiderman, giant robots, and Rhino same old same old, Beenox is defiantly not bringing anything new to the table enemy and AI wise.

I am not expecting anything from the story. I can see it now, a couple of gang missions, something barely related to the movie, and then a random boss fight such as Rhino. Luckily that is not the meat of a Spider-man experience. It has always been about the gameplay

Each time I see The Amazing Spiderman in action I continue to be more and more impressed. Looks like Beenox is finally paying attention to what the people want.
