Very few new IPs have caught my attention as much as The Last Of Us has. Which dumbfounded me.Naughty Dog hasn't released a gameplay trailer. So far the genre is action, but are they willing to add to that structure? horror? RPG ? in this time and age anything could be added. Personally i hope they go the Deus Ex rout, travel many places and each one of those areas has an Arkham City sized map, with RPG elements, and a Uncharted touch, maybe it will reinvent how we will play action games.
But honestly i think it will be much more of a linear game, not saying that as a bad thing, i am saying each state is going have a level kind of like what resistance did. As for the story, I'm not expecting anything big, after all Naughty Dog has never been big in the story realm. Hopefully The Last Of Us will break that cumbersome crutch that This developer has.

At the end of the day i really want The Last Of Us to succeed, its not every day you see a new game from Naughty Dog.
