Samsung’s Galaxy Mega — a ridiculous hybrid phone/tablet with a 6.3-inch screen — will soon hit major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular.

When it was first announced back in April, we pointed out that the device follows Samsung’s strategy of releasing a phone or tablet in every size possible. So whether you want a 4.3-inch smartphone like the Galaxy S4 Mini, 5-inch Galaxy S4 phone, a 6.3-inch Galaxy Mega, or a 7-inch Galaxy Tab 3 tablet, Samsung has you covered.

As for specs, the Galaxy Mega is quite similar to other recent Galaxy S releases. It includes a 6.3-inch “HD Super Clear LCD” display, a 1.7-GHz dual-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel camera, and a massive 3,200 mAh battery that promises to get you through a whole day. The device runs Android 4.2.2 and will be available in both black and white.

Samsung says the Galaxy Mega will also include the following features that can also be found on the flagship Galaxy S4 smartphone:
