Slack, the team-communication app now valued at $2.8 billion, today updated its iOS app to add support for the Apple Watch.

Slack has already come to a whole bunch of desktop and mobile devices. Now, as is the case with a few other companies, San Francisco-based Slack has an Apple Watch app at the ready in the App Store, before preordered Apple Watches start to arrive.

Users can send direct messages and see mentions, and make “off the cuff replies,” right from the Apple Watch, according to a description of the updates.
