In a fair world, the HTC One would be the best-selling Android phone on the market. It’s well designed, has the perfect screen size, and, most importantly, isn’t made out of plastic.
But perhaps the follow-up to the device will succeed where the original didn’t. The next HTC One, which HTC could release as soon as March, will feature a five-inch-ish screen and a twin-sensor rear camera, a source tells Bloomberg.
A twin-sensor camera would be an interesting addition to the HTC One and would let the device take better images with an improved depth of field.
On the design side, it doesn’t look like HTC plans to change much — which is a good thing considering that there are very few places where HTC can improve on the One’s overall design.

Regardless of how the next HTC One looks, HTC really needs it to be a hit. The company, which reported the first loss in its history last year, pulled in a meager $10 million last quarter, and much of that profit didn’t even come from its smartphones.
We’ll learn more about HTC’s next device as we get closer to this year’s Mobile World Congress.
