If you haven’t already heard, superstar astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson is starring in a re-imagined version of Carl Sagan’s classic Cosmos series for Fox. And while the first episode isn’t due out until next year, the production team did release a trailer yesterday at Comic-Con in San Diego.

The show is called Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey and is being produced by (of all people in the universe) Seth Macfarlane of Family Guy and American Dad fame. The show is set on Sagan’s classic Spaceship of the Imagination like in the old show and will run for 13 episodes on Fox sometime in 2014.
